Feeding guide for coldwater fish - Feed your fish 2-4 times daily depending on fish size & water temperature. Larger fish will take more food - colder temperatures ( 10°C ) fish will feed less. At this stage feed wheatgerm, vegetable protein based or feeds designed for this slower metabolic rate. Remove uneaten food after 5 minutes. Do not feed your fish below 5°C as metabolic rate slows down dramatically & any food taken will be only partly digested which could lead to gut infection.
